Some notes about shopping my website

The way this sales platform works, an item will go into your cart if it is available. However, until a piece is paid for it remains “available.” This means that occasionally two people may select a piece at close to the same time, but whoever checks out first will be the one to purchase it—I am sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment that this can cause. It’s part of the design of this squarespace site and I have no control over it (all I can do is try to make more pots!).

If you have Applepay, it seems that is the fastest way to checkout.

Things sell quickly. If there's something you really want, it is worth it to shop right when it updates—I always announce the time.

Sometimes it is easier to purchase one item and check out—shipping is auto calculated but if you end up with multiple orders I can combine the shipment and easily refund any overcharges.

SHIPPING:

My shop is set to calculate flat-rate shipping for the US. I ship by either UPS or USPS.

If you live somewhere else in the world, I will calculate shipping costs and bill you in a second, separate invoice for the exact charges--just enter the code WORLDWIDE at check-out.

Ship times: It may take me up to a week to get everything shipped from the time of your order.

If you're near Boston and would like to pick up your order at my studio, you can enter the code LOCAL and no shipping costs will be added.

Calculating flat rate shipping is imperfect; I will refund shipping overcharges to your original method of payment once shipping is arranged.
